Mr. F, Japanese who is stationed in Indonesia
Currently, I am the PIC (Person In Charge) of Production Division in Indonesia factory, and my job is to observe whether the factory is running properly.
Mainly, I go round factory to check whether production is on schedule, or products are being made according to regulations.
There are times that things do not go well because of language and culture differences between Japan and Indonesia. But, through trial and error with local staff, I feel great achievement when a job is done successfully.

My job is to do final shipping inspection on manufactured products.
To avoid inconvenience to our customers, we check very carefully so we do not flow out defective products.
Our products mainly used for electric goods, two wheels, automobile which closely related to people's lives. It is a critically important parts thathere are no room for mistakes.
It is a nerve-racking job everyday, but I feel happy to be able to contribute to the world.
My goal is to do the best in my inspection job energetically.

My job is to create financial statement based on IFRS, create PKG consolidated financial report, create tax return, and support audit, etc.
This is my fourth year working in this company. I still find a lot of difficulties at work. But with the help of experienced seniors, I am striving to improve my skills.
With a smile on my face, I always do my best at work.
